All animals are guaranteed to be alive upon delivery. In the unlikely event you have a DOA, please take a picture of the dead animal & email it to caribbeantropicals@gmail.com within 24 hours.

 

If you receive a fish that is struggling upon arrival, let us know immediately so we can offer assistance on how to help it survive. 

 

Approved DOA's will be issued as a credit on the next order.
