The Sargassum Angler (Histrio histrio), or Frogfish is a smaller Angler/Frog, growing to roughly 8". This is the most common Angler/Frog in our waters. It is unique, as in the wild it floats and blends in with the sargassum patches free floating in the ocean, and is the only species in it's genus. Similar care as all other Angler/Frogs, in that it can swallow anything up to it's own size, so be careful of tankmates.
