The Florida Fighting Conch is a larger predatory snail. As with most conchs they will prey on other snails, and like a meaty diet. They prefer a deep sand bed, as they like to bury in the sand, and just have their "periscope" showing. They are good additions to larger or fish only systems. They won't harm corals or fish, but may prey on snails if they get the opportunity. We sell them usually at about 2" long. They can grow to nearly 4", however. Unique little guys!
