This is by far the most common boxfish on our reefs. It is beautiful, but... Deadly? Yep, it's true. This particular species of trunkfish releases a toxin when stressed that can harm your fish. It is however, typically safe in larger aquariums, as long as they aren't being harassed. Due to the toxic nature, we only collect these on request.
